2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) or U.S. Dollars (USD), depending on your region, and include applicable taxes where required by law. Prices may change without prior notice.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

3. Production & Shipping

Personalized jewelry requires a production time of 5–10 business days before dispatch, as each piece is handmade to order.
Non-personalized items are processed within 1–3 business days.
We ship domestically within Italy and across the EU, UK, USA, and internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and courier availability.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date.
To request a return, contact our support team at info@almagioielliofficial.com. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in like-new condition. Personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Warranty
All ALMA JEWELS creations are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability
ALMA JEWELS is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

7. Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Rome, Italy.
