Processing Time

All ALMA JEWELS pieces are handcrafted with care. Orders containing personalized jewelry require a production time of 5–10 business days before shipping, as each piece is uniquely designed and made to order.
For non-personalized items, processing is usually completed within 1–3 business days.

During peak periods (such as holidays, sales events, or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended. In the event of unforeseen delays, you will be promptly notified via email.

Shipping Options

We ship worldwide through reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Italy & EU: 2–5 business days after dispatch

• USA: 3–7 business days after dispatch

• Other regions: Delivery times vary depending on location and courier availability

⚠️ Please note: In rare cases, due to production demands, stock availability, or external factors (such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or weather conditions), delivery may take up to 30 business days from the date of order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly on the courier’s website or through our tracking portal.

Liability & Customs Duties

ALMA JEWELS is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or other regulatory procedures. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.
